How it works

At Two Rabbits Vintage, all sales are final. We are unable to hold items without payment, as we operate with a pay to claim policy only.

In store and online sales are fulfilled via in store pick up, local delivery, NoVA delivery, and buyer arranged shipping.

In Store Pickup

If you’d like to pick up your item at our store location, please chose in store pick up at check out. You will then select a pick up date and time that works best for you. If you need to cancel your pick up appointment, please let us know 24 hours in advance.

Merchandise not picked up 30 days after agreed upon pickup date will be put back into stock.

Local Delivery

If you are interested in our local delivery service, click here to submit a request. Due to our limited staff, it’s important that we gather specific information on an individual basis before committing to a delivery. Once your request has been submitted, we will issue a delivery quote as well as an estimated time of arrival.

Buyer Arranged Shipping

Deliveries outside of our local delivery zone must be arranged by the buyer through a third party service, our recommendation being UShip. To do this, please choose In Store pick up and contact us for further instruction. If you would like to arrange your own shipping carrier, PLEASE contact us before payment to be advised on how to proceed with acquiring a quote from your third party shipping service. It is important to us that you are made aware of the potential cost of shipping before finalizing a sale.

We ask that you understand that when dealing with vintage furniture, some pieces may have wear and tear as a result of age. Please remember to check our captions and item descriptions to make sure you know as much about the piece as possible before purchasing.

We do our best to provide an accurate representation of each piece and are happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Do you ship your items?

We are currently offering local delivery to the greater Richmond, VA area, Nova Delivery, and buyer arranged shipping. When you choose our local delivery option, your address will determine whether or not we offer delivery services in your area. Deliveries outside of our local delivery zone must be arranged by the buyer through a third party service. We recommend that you contact us first as all sales are final.

How does local delivery work?

Our Local Delivery is currently offered by request only. You can submit a request here. Our delivery service is currently CURBSIDE ONLY; meaning, our team will deliver your item inside the threshold of your home and is limited to first floor only. If you are in need of assistance with your item, please make arrangements beforehand.

What third party delivery service do you recommend?

Do you buy vintage?

We buy vintage! To set up a sale, you can send a photo of your item via Instagram DM or contact us online. We like to buy items that fit our brand; mid-century modern, post-modern, retro, eclectic, and anything else that would be a good fit for us.

Where do you get your products?

There isn’t one good answer for this question as we get our items from anywhere and everywhere. Our team spends long, dedicated hours researching and hunting for the perfect piece. Since we are a small team, this can be very time-consuming, but it comes with great reward. We pride ourselves in our ability to not only secure sought-after vintage, but to honor each item with the re-telling of it’s past-life, making what we do that much more special.
